Welcome to Neurodiverse Coaching. By accessing, scheduling, purchasing, participating in, or utilizing services through NeurodiverseCoaching.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, purchasers, subscribers, and users of Neurodiverse Coaching services, programs, subscriptions, communications, and website content.
Coaching and Consulting Services
Neurodiverse Coaching provides coaching, consulting, mentoring, educational, and strategy-based support services intended to support communication, relationships, leadership, personal growth, professional development, business strategy, and goal-oriented progress.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Individual coaching
Couples coaching
Executive and professional coaching
Business consulting
Text-based coaching support
Educational resources
Strategy and communication guidance
All services are provided virtually unless otherwise stated.
Non-Therapeutic Services Disclaimer
Neurodiverse Coaching does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health care, medical care, or healthcare services of any kind.
Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental health condition, medical condition, or disorder.
Neurodiverse Coaching and its representatives are not acting as licensed medical, psychological, or mental health professionals. Coaching and consulting services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or other licensed professional services.
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional support when needed.
Information, coaching guidance, consulting discussions, educational materials, and website content provided by Neurodiverse Coaching are intended for coaching, consulting, educational, and informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, medical, psychiatric, or licensed financial advice.
No Guarantees
Coaching and consulting services are intended to support personal, relational, professional, and business growth; however, outcomes vary significantly based on individual circumstances, participation, communication, effort, and factors outside the control of Neurodiverse Coaching.
No guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes, results, relationship improvements, business success, emotional improvement, or personal progress.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, relationships, business decisions, finances, communication, and personal outcomes.
Participation in coaching and consulting services is voluntary and self-directed.
Eligibility
By utilizing services through Neurodiverse Coaching, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are participating with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Scheduling, Payments, and Refunds
Payment is required in accordance with pricing and policies published on NeurodiverseCoaching.com unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Subscription services, if applicable, renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with applicable policies or agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, fees paid for coaching services, subscriptions, consultations, or completed sessions are non-refundable.
Neurodiverse Coaching reserves the right to suspend, decline, or terminate services for non-payment, repeated cancellations, misuse of services, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients are asked to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests whenever possible.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to fees or forfeiture of the scheduled session at the discretion of Neurodiverse Coaching.
If Neurodiverse Coaching must cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule promptly.
Text-Based Coaching Support
Text-based coaching support services are intended for general coaching communication, accountability, guidance, and strategy support between scheduled sessions.
Response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on scheduling, workload, travel, holidays, weekends, availability, and support level. Higher-tier services receive increased priority positioning but do not guarantee immediate or uninterrupted responses.
Text-based support services are not monitored continuously and are not intended for crisis communication, emergency support, or urgent mental health needs.
Neurodiverse Coaching does not provide 24/7 availability, emergency response services, or crisis intervention.
If immediate support is needed, clients should contact 911 or an appropriate emergency, medical, mental health, or crisis resource.
Communication Consent
By utilizing services through Neurodiverse Coaching, you consent to communication through email, phone calls, text messaging, video conferencing platforms, and other electronic communication methods reasonably necessary for scheduling, coaching services, support, and business operations. Communication methods are intended for general business and coaching purposes only and should not be relied upon for emergency communication.
Electronic communications may not always be secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with electronic communication and virtual services.
Technology and AI-Assisted Services
Neurodiverse Coaching may utilize technology platforms, automation systems, transcription services, organizational tools, and artificial intelligence-assisted technologies to support communication, scheduling, brainstorming, documentation, administrative functions, content organization, and operational efficiency.
Artificial intelligence tools are not intended to replace individualized coaching judgment, direct client interaction, or professional discretion.
Reasonable efforts will be made to use technology responsibly and protect confidential information; however, users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with electronic systems, third-party platforms, and digital communication.
Neurodiverse Coaching may utilize third-party platforms and service providers for scheduling, payments, communication, video conferencing, website hosting, subscriptions, and related business operations. Neurodiverse Coaching is not responsible for interruptions, outages, security failures, or technical issues arising from third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
Confidentiality
Neurodiverse Coaching will make reasonable efforts to respect and protect the privacy of information shared during coaching and consulting services.
Information may be disclosed:
when required by law,
pursuant to court order,
when necessary to address a serious risk of harm,
or when reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, or professional support services.
Coaching and consulting services are not healthcare services and may not be protected by legal confidentiality privileges applicable to licensed medical or mental health providers.
Intellectual Property
All materials, content, tools, templates, branding, frameworks, graphics, downloads, written materials, videos, and resources provided by Neurodiverse Coaching remain the intellectual property of Neurodiverse Coaching, LLC unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, republished, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Website Use
Users agree not to misuse NeurodiverseCoaching.com, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, distribute malicious software, or use website content for unlawful purposes.
Neurodiverse Coaching reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurodiverse Coaching, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, relational, financial, business, or other damages arising from the use of services, website content, subscriptions, communications, or coaching relationships.
Use of services and participation in coaching are voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to Neurodiverse Coaching services, purchases, communications, subscriptions, or website usage shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Neurodiverse Coaching reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or participation in services following updates constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
