Meet Meg - MBA | Certified Lifecoach | Neurodiverse Strategist
Hi, I’m Meg. I hold a Master of Business Administration, graduating at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA. I spent two decades in Corporate America in leadership and executive roles, directing complex initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and leading professionals, many of whom were neurodiverse. I bring a strong background in business management, strategic leadership, relationship management, and organizational transformation, supported by extensive executive-level training in leadership, psychometric assessment, behavioral science, and organizational development.
I’m not just a coach. I live this every single day.
I’m the wife in a neurodiverse marriage that almost didn’t survive. I’ve lived through the shutdowns, PDA-driven avoidance, burnout, miscommunication, and the exhaustion of holding everything together. I also did the work to rebuild that same marriage into something steady, connected, and thriving. There is hope, and I know how to help people get there.
I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in your relationship, your career, or your own mind. I’ve walked through late diagnoses, burnout, and the pressure of being the one who carries the weight. Those experiences, combined with my corporate background, shaped the strategic and practical approach I use today.
My coaching is not theoretical. It’s built on lived experience, professional expertise, Christian faith, and real-world strategy.
I have spent years leading in high-pressure environments, mentoring professionals (including many on the spectrum), guiding organizational change, and developing systems that work for all types of brains. My coaching blends structure and strategy with honesty and hope; giving clients clear direction, practical tools, and a path forward that actually works.

What Sets Me Apart
I bridge the gap between neurodiverse and neurotypical perspectives without judgment. I coach from lived experience, not distance. I understand the shutdowns, meltdowns, burnout, PDA patterns, and emotional cycles because I’ve been there, rebuilt from the inside out, and guided others through the same process.
I bring compassion, clarity, faith, and strategy together in a way that helps people break patterns, rebuild relationships, reclaim careers, and create lives that finally feel stable and aligned.
This isn’t passive coaching. It’s a results-driven partnership built around action, insight, and transformation. I offer flexible support options, including fast-access and text-based coaching, because life doesn’t always wait for appointments.
My clients don’t come to me for comfort. They come to me for results. And that’s what they get.
