Meet Meg - MBA & Certified Lifecoach

Hi, I’m Meg. I hold a Master of Business Administration, graduating at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA. I spent two decades in Corporate America in leadership and executive roles, directing complex initiatives, developing high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring professionals, navigating interpersonal dynamics, and leading employees and teams, including many who were neurodiverse.

My background includes business management, strategic leadership, relationship management, and organizational transformation, supported by executive-level training in leadership, behavioral science, organizational development, and psychometric assessment.

I’m not just a coach. I live this every day.

I’m the neurotypical wife in a neurodiverse marriage that, at one point, was incredibly strained. I’ve experienced shutdowns, meltdowns, avoidance patterns, burnout, miscommunication, and the pressure that can come with holding everything together. I also understand what it takes to approach those dynamics differently and build something more stable, connected, and sustainable.

I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in your relationship, your career, or your own internal patterns. I’ve walked through late diagnoses, burnout, and high-pressure environments where expectations are constant and clarity is limited. Those experiences, combined with my corporate background, shaped the strategic and practical approach I use today.

My coaching is not theoretical. It is grounded in lived experience, professional expertise, Christian faith, and real-world strategy.

I have spent years leading in high-pressure environments, mentoring professionals, guiding organizational change, and developing systems that work across different ways of thinking and operating. My coaching blends structure and strategy with honesty and hope, giving clients practical tools, clear direction, and a more effective way to approach life, relationships, career, and business.

What Sets Me Apart

I bridge the gap between neurodiverse and neurotypical perspectives without judgment. I coach from lived experience, not distance. I understand the communication challenges, burnout, avoidance patterns, shutdowns, meltdowns, and emotional pressure that often exist beneath the surface because I’ve experienced them personally and worked through them in real life.

I bring faith, strategy, and practical application together in a way that helps people think differently, communicate more effectively, and move forward with greater intention.

This is not passive coaching. It is an active, engaged process focused on personal and professional growth, built around insight, ownership, and action. I offer flexible support options, including text-based and rapid-access coaching, because life does not always fit neatly into scheduled sessions.

If you are tired of going in circles and ready to take a different approach, this is where that starts.
