Neurodiverse Marriage, Individual & Professional Coaching
GROUNDED IN FAITH. DRIVEN BY STRATEGY. BUILT FOR TRANSFORMATION.
You may be trying to turn around a marriage, make a major decision, or change something in your life or career that is no longer working. You have likely tried more than one approach already.
I coach neurotypical wives, autistic and ADHD husbands, neurodiverse and neurotypical couples, individuals, and professionals. I look at what is happening, what you have tried, and what may be getting missed. Then we build a strategy you can actually use.
Marriage & Couples Coaching
Your marriage may be close to ending, or you may want to make a good marriage stronger. I work with husbands and wives, including marriages affected by autism or ADHD, who are tired of repeating the same arguments, carrying the same unmet expectations, or following advice that does not fit their marriage. You can begin alone or come together.
Individual Coaching
You do not need to be married or neurodivergent to work with me. Individual coaching can focus on a relationship, executive-function challenges, responsibilities that keep falling apart, a major decision, or a goal you have struggled to reach.
Career & Professional Coaching
I work with professionals facing leadership challenges, difficult workplace dynamics, career decisions, and transitions that call for a different strategy. I bring more than 20 years of leadership and executive experience to this work.
Meet Meg
I am a Certified Coach with an MBA, more than 20 years of leadership experience, countless hours of training, and firsthand experience in a neurodiverse marriage that used to be horrible. Today, my husband and I are genuinely happy, and our marriage is thriving.
Before things changed, we worked with three therapists, and our marriage kept getting worse. We needed someone to understand what was actually happening between us and give us a strategy.
That experience shapes my coaching. I ask direct questions, look for what may be getting missed, and build a strategy around the people in front of me, whether we are working on a marriage, an individual goal, or a professional challenge.
What Working With Me Looks Like
I listen carefully and ask direct questions. I will tell you what I see, including where I think you may need to change your approach. I speak the truth and do not sugarcoat it. You stay in charge of your decisions.
We build a plan around your situation and adjust it as you put it to work. That might mean a different approach to a recurring conflict, a structure for follow-through, or a strategy for your next career move.
You choose who attends and how often we meet. Standard sessions are online by video, voice, or text, and I work with clients around the world.
Biblically Based Christian Coaching
If your faith is central to your life, it should be central to your coaching.
When you choose Christian coaching, we bring Scripture, prayer, and biblical principles into the work. We apply them to the marriage, decision, responsibility, or goal in front of you.
You do not have to be a Christian to work with me. I coach clients with no religious beliefs with the same honesty and commitment.
Need More Focused Time?
I also offer customized coaching intensives for individuals, husbands and wives, and groups. Intensives can take place online or in person, often off-site at a resort or another location where we can focus on the work.
Start With a Conversation
Your first 30-minute consultation is free. Tell me what is happening, what you have tried, and what you want to change. Ask what you need to ask. I will tell you honestly whether I can add value and where I would begin.

Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care, or crisis support. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services where you live, never a coach.
